My journey towards the powerful and positive impact of well-being began with my first Hatha yoga class over two decades ago, as a teenager. Growing up in Central London, mindfulness and yoga have been a few of many modalities that have kept me sane and given me practical tools to apply to everyday life.
I have found teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness to both children and adults alike fascinating and transformative. I acknowledge and stay fully committed to continuous learning to enhance your overall experience whilst working with others.
Over the past two years, I have deepened my meditation practices and continue to attend silent retreats with Sarah and Ty Powers, whose depth and knowledge I have found profoundly poignant. In addition, I completed a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. The tools acquired have given me more moments of deeper presence, tenacity, an inner softening and acceptance.
